If you need to return an item, please contact us first with your order details.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please make sure jewellery is unworn and unused.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund where applicable.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.
