Refund policy

We accept returns in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Customers have right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods ,without giving a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, the customer must return the item within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning an item if they change their mind, provided this was made clear before purchase.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
